Q. How do I contact Easton Design Studio?

A. You can contact us either by telephone 44 (0)1403 221886 or by emailing info@eastondesignstudio.com.                             

Q. What are your opening hours for telephone and email enquiries?

A. The office at Easton Design Studio is open from 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  If we receive emails within those hours we will aim to reply the same day or at latest the following working day.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Placing an order is easy. You simply choose the product you require, click add to basket, and follow the online instructions.

Q. Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?

A. We deliver anywhere within in U.K and we can also ship internationally.

Q. Will you inform me when my order is to be delivered?

A. You will be sent a confirmation email stating the products you have ordered, the cost including any delivery charges, your chosen payment method and when you should expect your goods to be with you.  It is suggested you keep a copy of this email.

Q. How do I track progress of my order?

A. An email will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched with an estimation of how many days it will take.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, American Express and other leading credit/debit cards.

Q. Will my personal details be secure?

A. Yes.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q. How much are delivery costs?

A. Delivery within the U.K is free of charge.

Q. Do you have a returns policy?

A. We hope that you will be fully satisfied with all of our products, if for any reason this isn't the case we will be happy to accept a return from you according to our terms and conditions of sale.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. If you wish to return your product to us, please do so within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. The item must be unused and have all its original packaging. Click here to read our Returns Policy.

Q. Do I have to pay to return an item?

A. Yes, if you decide you do not want to keep the item purchased you will be responsible for the postage costs when returning an item to us.  If the item you have received is genuinely faulty we will replace it free of charge and refund your postage to you.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A. We have an online catalogue, please email info@eastondesignstudio.com if you would like us to send you a link to this.

Q. Do you have a mailing list?

A. Yes, we keep our customers names and addresses on our mailing list which we use to let you know about new ranges, special offers etc. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

Q. Do you have a retail outlet?

A. No, we don't have our own retail shop. We sell online and through selected stockists throughout the UK.

Q. Are the prices on the website the same as in store?

A. The prices on our website are our recommended prices but we cannot comment on the prices charged for our products in our stockists stores.

Q. What materials do you use?

A.  We use a variety of high quality fabrics from around the world including leathers and fabrics from Italy, Japan and the UK.

Q. How can I be assured of the quality of your products, given that I will have only seen photographs on a website?

A. Every product on our website has clear high quality photographs from different perspectives to indicate the quality and workmanship that goes into every Easton design.  Alongside this, every design has a description including sizes and materials.  We are also happy to say we receive lots of positive feedback on our products from existing customers.
